Hey guys! Welcome back to the blog! Today we're going to be talking about why having a night routine is so important for a restful sleep, and a few non - negotiables in my current routine. Let's get into it!
Everyone talks about the impact of morning routines, but night routines can be just as crucial. My night routine is my time to relax. It's so important. While this might seem counter - intuitive, productivity and relaxing actually go hand in hand. Humans need to rest, and evenings are a good time for that. If you don't recharge before the next day, how will you be able to get up and get stuff done?
Here are a few of my tips for a great night routine:
- drink water : hydration is so important!
-get outside, summer sunsets are literally incredible. I always feel so mindful after being outside in golden hour or while the sun is going down.
-do something you love: watch your favorite show, read, ect
-self care & hygiene: shower, take a bath, and do some skincare
-dinner! Make sure you eat! Food is good for you
