Summer 2022 Morning Routine

Hey everyone! Welcome back. I'm so excited to be a summer morning routine today. A lot of things have changed, and I've been loving my mornings. Let me tell what I've been up to. As you may already know, this is the first week my video is posted on my new channel! So, go click the link: https://youtu.be/GKpxS2QEEJE and suscribe if you enjoy the content I make here.

  1. Now I have always been someone who thought anytime before 5:30 was to early. Like way to early. But recently, I've shifted my sleep schedule and have been waking up some days between 5 and 5:20. And it feels amazing. I love the quiet of the morning and watching the sun come up. Obviously, if I have a night where I'm up late, I sleep in and not every morning looks exactly like this. But in general I usually wake somewhere between 5-6 I would say5-6 days out of the week. The summer for me is mix of being spontaneous and staying up late with friends/family and going to sleep at 8:30 to get up at 5 the next day. It's all about balance.

  2. Make my bed - must do

  3. Miracle morning - This has been a part of my morning for over a year now, and it's been a game changer. And it's even more peaceful so early in the morning.

  4. Work hour - then I take some time to write some blog posts, edit, plan or get whatever I want to get done, done. This feel so good and I am much more motivated first thing

  5. Movement - I usually go to the gym about 4-5 times a week, sometimes during this time or in the afternoon. On a day when I'm not going, I love to take a walk first thing and spend some time outside.

  6. Breakfast - eat something to fuel my body, I've been loving my protein oats

  7. Get ready for the day
