Ahh weekends. Everyone loves the weekend, and today I vlogged my day for you and now I'm going to tell you some of my essential habits and routines for Saturdays. (I'll do a sunday reset routine soon!) Let's get right into it!
Flexible wake up time - get the sleep you need! Some weeks I'm super well rested and get to bed on time, others, not so much. So, I always make sure to either not set an alarm if I'm really drained, or adjusty it to my sleep time so I can recharge.
Miracle Morning - especially when I have more time, meditating, affirmations, visualizations, and journaling always gets me ready for the weekend ahead. I will also workout, but in the vlog you saw i was still resting after being sick.
Big Breakfast - when i have more, time I make sure to make a yummy breakfast.
Tidy up - it's so nice to have a clear space to live in.
Hang out with friends - for me personally, seeing people on the weekends and having fun is essential to how I feel.
Hang out with pets if you have them! - for me this means my cats and the chickens! Long free range times are my favorite on lazy Saturday afternoons. :)
