Words Of Affirmations
Affirmations - I am... This is a great way to reprogram your mind to think positive thoughts about yourself and help with self esteem.
Hype yourself up : when you're getting ready, look yourself in the mirror and instead of dissecting your appearance and what you don't like, hype yourself up! This is a game changer when it comes to confidence.
Positive Self Talk - Be nice to yourself! We are usually our own biggest bullies, and that needs to change if you want to focus on building a relationship with yourself. If you catch yourself saying something mean to yourself, make sure to try and correct yourself with something more positive.

Acts Of Service
Clean your space in the morning so you can come home to a clean room or house.
Make yourself a nice meal once in a while - something that you love that will give you energy
Treat yourself to something small that makes you happy once in a while, it doesn't have to be big
Quality Time - (most important one)
Take yourself one dates - this is so beneficial when it comes to self love, building a relationship with yourself, and getting comfortable with being alone.

-relaxing night in - watch your favorite show, take a bath ect.
The Bigger Picture
I am so grateful for all the amazing relationships I have with people in my life. But, the most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself.
